Hi

I have a self-managed server that I need to be reset, I'm not able to access the server through SSH, root or FTP options, my ISP has informed me that it the server needs to be reset and diagnostics need to be run through the RMI tunnel.

The reason this has to be done is because I have a website that is hosted on the server that has gone down, the error for the website reads that the disk quote has been exceeded, please can you also let me know if you are able to restore my website, the website is a Magento 2 website.
