We have two issues with our shipment email template on our Magento 2 store.

1. The tracking number variable is pulling the original tracking number for a specific order. The problem is if we send a replacement item to the customer, we need to send them updated tracking number, but it will only send them the first and outdated tracking number.

2. We have a layout issue on Outlook whereby the cross-sell items in the bottom block are displaying extremely large product images. This is not a problem for Gmail or mobile devices.

3. The bottom cross-sell items are linking to the backend and not the frontend. The items should be linking to the relevant product pages.
